Go Team Public Comment Format

• 20 minutes will be allotted for public opinion on 4 annual meetings (as noted in the meeting schedule).
• GO Team members will not provide responses or engage in direct conversation during public comment.
• Those wishing to comment should email Principal Atwell no later than 24 hours before the meeting. 
• Each speaker will be limited to 2 minutes. 
• There will be a timekeeper. 
• There will be a written follow up to comments/questions addressed. It will be published as an addendum to the minutes. 
• Community members may contact a GO TEAM member with questions or concerns.
